**About This Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Animal Health and Welfare within the Global Marketing and Medical team.
The Manager, Global Customer Insights, is expected to partner with marketing leads to proactively plan, design, and lead market research activities to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.The role is required to leverage technical skills in market research and analytics to support business decisions aligned to the Offer Creation and/or Brand Management projects.
The manager will also support the development of capabilities and process excellence within the Customer Insight team.
**What You’ll Do**
- Market Research Planification: Lead the Customer and Market Insight planification process according to internal needs, strategic priorities and budget
- Market Research execution: Lead the definition of best adapted methods and the research process from defining and briefing of external agencies on research needs to results communication.
- Data processing: Lead aggregation, analyze and processing of data from various sources of structured and unstructured data
- Expert Insight Generation: Lead insight generation to support Global commercial and brand strategies, in collaboration with the commercial/brand leads and extended cross functional teams
- Draw out relevant conclusions and actionable recommendations with clear crisp communication based on an understanding of the company’s business to inform Offer creation and/or Brand Marketing strategy
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support the development of a Customer Insight culture within Vetoquinol at both Group and Affiliates level
- Iidentify and implement improvements to team operations
**Qualifications**:
**Who You Are**:
- Master degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Business or Sociology with specialized training in the field of market research / opinion research
- 4+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative marketing research and collection of Customer insights applied to (non exhaustive) U&A, communication, pricing, brand health checkeither within a Research Institute, or as Market Research manager in a company.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities**:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and succinctly communicate large amounts of information to various audiences. Developping positive internal influence.
- Strong understanding of market research and marketing principles
**Additional Information**:
Permanent position (Cadre), based in Lure (70) or Paris (75). To be filled as of February 2025.
Home office allowed 2 days / week.
