OverviewJoin to apply for the General Manager, France (m/f/d) role at Numa.As the General Manager for the French region, you will lead the company's expansion in France, overseeing real estate acquisition, financial performance, and operations. Your leadership will help drive Numa's ambition to become a leading, innovative hospitality-tech company.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a localized growth strategy in partnership with the Real Estate team, aligning with market trends, regulatory requirements, profitability, and guest experience goals. Cultivate strong relationships with local real estate partners to accelerate growth. Oversee the development and execution of effective PR and branding strategies tailored to the French market.Financial Management and Analysis: Assume full responsibility for the region's profit and loss, and implement strategies to enhance profitability. Challenge and optimise financial performance in collaboration with the owners of P/L and cash flow items.Operational Excellence and Collaboration: Partner with local operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences. Establish and maintain strategic alliances with senior leadership in revenue, operations, real estate, finance, and Legal to ensure local objectives are supported by centralised functions. Foster a service-oriented culture that prioritises exceeding guest expectations and delivering strong business results. Collaborate closely with the German headquarters to align with overall company goals and leverage synergies.QualificationsExperience in leading strategy and business development.Experience working in real estate, ideally with leasing.Negotiation skills in both French and English.Strong leadership skills to empower the business during a period of growth and the ability to nurture high-performance operations teams.Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and financial analysis.
