**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute France market growth strategy, including license strategies and leading the delivery of end-to-end products in the market.
- Work with the legal, compliance and risk team to ensure products and support legal documents are fully compliant with all local regulatory requirements. Collaborating with team and Project Manager to implement products into France
- Foster new relationships with stakeholders, such as banks, regulators and key commercial partners in France and understanding and working within the framework of new regulatory environments.
- Initiate product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment.
- You will ensure the product(s) are aligned to the business objectives and desired customer & employee experience, and contribute to increasing market share, share of wallet, customer retention, and product & customer profitability.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge and expertise in a markets environment, including having good understanding of AMF regulations

Relevant understanding of banking and ownership of key relationships including understanding of fiat on-ramp and off-ramps within the market
- Understanding and appreciation of digital assets and how these are treated within the market, including appreciation for new regulations being introduced in France
- Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle, Strategy formulation and flawless business execution
- Strong business acumen of the market, trends in digital assets and payments.
