The Account Manager is responsible on leading the business of the assigned accounts in the market.

The role requires an individual who has demonstrable consistent sales leadership experience in the financial services industry. High technical skills in the financial services and retail sector, as well as high analytical skills.

You will demonstrate a strong ability to drive the business, create/develop initiatives and launch new propositions, channels and new Partners. Focusing on coordinating and implementing the partner strategies with the objective to achieve and exceed assigned OKRs

You are an individual capable of developing and managing relationships with assigned stakeholders, to achieve a profitable and long-lasting relationship for all the Partner development activities:

- Experience in successfully managing and leading strategic accounts
- Demonstrable success in consistently delivering high annual revenue growth rates and identifying new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in managing large accounts in the financial services sector.
- High technical knowledge of the financial services sector. Previous experience with insurance brokers will be highly valued.
- Successful experience in coordinating a new market launch strategy, managing key customer relationships and delivering strategic opportunities.
- Experience to succeed working in a Matrix organization
