With a people-oriented approach, and strong focus on innovation, the Company has entrusted us with the search for the following strategic profile: GENERAL MANAGER FRANCE This profile will be responsible for managing and further developing the business in France, playing a key role in shaping the future strategic direction of the organization. Key responsibilities Full responsibility for all business operations and results (P&L, balance sheet, etc.). Provide leadership and strategic direction to the sales and commercial operations. Prepare the annual budget and forecasts, and monitor performance against targets. Analyze and optimize business processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with HQ. Oversee and enhance direct marketing and advertising plans. Ensure client information management and maintain an up-to-date customer database; continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity. Guarantee company compliance with all local laws and regulatory requirements. Requirements Able to motivate and lead a team with strong leadership, vision and focus. Strong commercial ability to negotiate contracts and improve business flow. Proven track record of developing a direct marketing and sales strategies. Background knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance and service. Experience in leading strategic & tactical marketing towards B2C Customers. Experience in B2C market. Fluent in French and English (knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus). Place of work: Paris.
