You’ll manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to convert them into convinced customers. You’ll apply Alan’s Smart & Soft selling method, ensuring a pleasant, instructive, and delightful prospect experience that aligns with the overall Alan customer journey. Beyond the sales remit, you’ll be a real team player, challenge us to improve product, methods, and strategy, and contribute to other projects that grow our customer base. 📝 Responsibilities Close deals daily and lead inbound leads from qualification to closing Develop and maintain a high‑touch strategy tailored for each prospect Advise on product improvements by gathering and sharing prospect feedback Collaborate with the broader team to refine sales tools, processes, and playbooks Be an insurance subject‑matter expert and confidently handle objections Engage with AI and modern sales technologies to elevate the practice 👤 Qualifications 1 – 2 years of sales experience, including closing Full proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills Balanced active listening and assertiveness in prospect interactions Natural empathy and passion for solving customers’ problems Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team Fast learner eager to make an impact from day 1 We’re recruiting at the A2‑B1 level and appreciate diverse experiences, profiles, and backgrounds.
