SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Verona, PA (Hybrid)

$80,000- $95,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant. This role will work closely with project managers, operations, and other departments to ensure the accurate and efficient financial operations of construction projects.

• Manage and oversee union payroll processing, ensuring compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage rates, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit AIA billing in accordance with project timelines and contract terms.
• Reconcile and maintain job cost reports and general ledgers.
• Assist with project costing, budget tracking, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Ensure accurate job costing allocation and tracking across multiple projects.
• Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of union payroll systems and processes.
• Experience with AIA billing and construction project accounting.
