To support better decision‑making, we collect, enrich, and display data from customer fleets—construction machinery, trucks, and light vehicles—within a simple interface backed by a robust technical architecture. Primary responsibilities include exploring new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and laying the groundwork for successful expansion in the UK market, with potential targeting of other European markets. Team The Sales team has five members who largely focus on the French market and works 金砖 closely with Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle (3‑12 months, €15k‑€1m ARR) from prospecting to contract signing. Engage key stakeholders, including executives and decision‑makers. Build lasting relationships and represent Hiboo at partner events and trade shows to foster connections. Collaborate with Partnerships to strengthen ties with ecosystem partners, exchange leads, and foster partnerships. Develop tailored sales strategies using action plans, structured pitches, and customized presentation materials. Oversee deployment across the network for deals signed with headquarters, coordinating with Customer Success and partner integration. Acquire a strong technical understanding of Hiboo’s software to address prospects’ needs and propose appropriate solutions. Conduct in‑depth research to understand the UK market, its key players, partners, challenges, and trends. Identify strategic opportunities and adapt go‑to‑market strategies accordingly. Collaborate with Product to propose and implement necessary product evolutions for the UK market. Monitor and evaluate market feedback, sharing insights with leadership to refine strategies and enhance performance. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the UK market. Strong track record in complex sales (enterprise, multiple stakeholders, strategic solutions). Mastery of sales techniques across the full cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Results‑driven with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding annual targets (minimum £300k). French is a plus but not required; conversational level appreciated. Based in the UK, with frequent travel to France to meet the team (Paris headquarters). Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.
