**Your role's mission**:
As Senior Account Executive A&D, UK, your mission is to drive Pelico’s expansion in the UK Aerospace & Defense market by acquiring strategic enterprise customers, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and positioning Pelico as a trusted operational intelligence partner to the UK industrial ecosystem.
You’ll play a key role in accelerating Pelico’s revenue growth and market penetration by navigating high-stakes enterprise sales cycles, engaging with C-level executives, and addressing the unique operational challenges of aerospace and defense players, from OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to MRO providers and MoD contractors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and execute a UK A&D territory plan to achieve £1.5M+ in new ARR within the first year.
- Win 6+ new logos annually, including 2-3 strategic “dream logos” in aerospace, defense, or MRO sectors.
- Manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and maintain a £4M+ qualified pipeline, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
- Establish trusted executive relationships with Supply Chain Directors, COOs, and Industrial VPs.
- Drive high-impact prospecting, securing at least 5-6 first meetings per week through outbound, networking, and events.
- Represent Pelico at key UK industry events such as Farnborough Airshow, DSEI, and ADS conferences.
**Location**: You will be based in the UK. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.
**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors.
- Proven ability to close £1M+ ARR deals with complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong knowledge of A&D procurement processes, industrial operations, and MRO dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills with C-level executives.
- Methodical and strategic approach, leveraging frameworks such as MEDDIC.
- Resilient, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building a market from scratch.
- Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (Sales Navigator, Apollo).
