Operating across multiple industries, the company is characterized by acquisitions in numerous countries and by a dynamic, entrepreneurial, agile, and committed corporate culture. As part of its ambitious development and major transformation, the Finance function plays a key role in performance, governance, and value creation. We are seeking a Group Financial Controller to enhance processes and build a best‑in‑class Finance function, both in terms of efficiency/costs and value creation. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will operate on an international and strategic scope, at the intersection of performance management, FP&A, consolidation, and Finance transformation. Key Responsibilities Performance Management / Controlling Analyze and challenge the P&L performance of Group entities Monitor KPIs and dashboards at regional/country level Produce monthly and annual performance summaries Lead balance sheet reviews and identify risks & opportunities FP&A / Business Partnering Deploy P&L analysis and forecasting tools Work closely with operational leaders Actively contribute to the budgeting process and the development of assumptions Finance Transformation Lead key phases of the Finance transformation program Act as Group Process Owner: improve closing processes, standardise practices, train local teams Accounting & Consolidation Participate in quarterly consolidation and annual accounts Serve as the main point of contact for integrating new entities into consolidation Produce reporting for top management and shareholders Ensure reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting Your Profile Master degree in finance / accounting / controlling Minimum 8 years of experience, including 2–3 years in an audit firm, followed by experience as a Financial Controller or CFO / Finance Director in an international scope Strong skills in finance, accounting/consolidation, and management control Strong analytical ability, rigor, and attention to detail Experience in process improvement / Finance transformation Excellent interpersonal skills and strong intercultural communication abilities Fluent English required; French is a plus Autonomous, adaptable, results‑oriented What We Offer A key role within a Group undergoing major transformation International and cross‑functional exposure A position combining strategy, business partnering, and financial excellence Permanent, full‑time position ideally based in Paris, with flexibility for other locations in France Location France Interested or would you like to know more?
