Position Title: Data & Transformation Project Manager, EMEA

Department: EMEA Innovation – Data Operations

Reports To: Head of Data Operations - EMEA

Location: Neuilly sur Seine

Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Head of Data Operations EMEA, you will contribute to the transformation and enhancement of the Group's real estate data capabilities across Europe. You will lead cross‑functional projects involving Research, Business Intelligence, Data Operations, and various Cushman & Wakefield business lines. In a context of innovation and accelerating adoption of artificial intelligence, you will play a key role in improving tools, processes, and data quality across the full data lifecycle – from data entry and capture, through reporting, to how business teams consume and act on data.

Role Purpose

Acting as a key liaison between real‑estate business teams and Data teams, you will drive both the technical and human sides of transformation: designing better data processes and tools, and ensuring their successful adoption across the organization through structured change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Data projects across the EMEA region, including initiatives leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation.
  • Lead and deliver innovation and transformation projects, from scoping through to measurable business impact.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Data tools and processes to enhance business performance and analytics capabilities.
  • Structure and maximize the value of real‑estate data used by Business, Research, and Transaction Services teams.
  • Improve the end‑to‑end data lifecycle, from data entry and capture, to reporting, to how Research, Business, and BI teams consume and act on data.
  • Manage and continuously improve data quality, investigating, validating, and resolving issues independently.
  • Support the deployment of new tools and processes across the organization, with structured change management: training, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Anticipate and manage resistance to change, adapting rollout approaches to different business lines and levels of data maturity.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Research, Data, Innovation, and Business teams across France and the wider EMEA region.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences, including steering committee reporting.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, Data applied to Business, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of successful experience in commercial real estate, consulting, Data project management, or operational roles, with regular use of AI tools applied to business processes.
  • Experience in transformation or change management projects, including tool/process adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Solid understanding of data models and structures, with working knowledge of SQL to query, validate, and troubleshoot data independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data issues into clear, business‑relevant language.
  • Genuine curiosity for automation and AI, with a track record of identifying and piloting practical use cases (e.g., workflow automation, AI‑assisted data entry/QA, RPA).
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Native‑level French and professional English (B2‑C1).

Nice to Have

  • Good understanding of the French commercial real‑estate market.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g Power BI, SQL, Power Automate).
  • Project management certification (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior data/analytics staff.
