Overview On recherche aujourd’hui un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour nous aider à suivre les projets de nos clients et leur offrir une expérience aux petits oignons — de l’installation jusqu’à l’accompagnement après la pose. Sous la supervision directe de notre Head of CSM, Audrey, tu participeras à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience client. Tu apprendras à gérer un projet client de A à Z tout en découvrant les coulisses d’une startup en pleine croissance Missions Suivi des projets clients après la vente : Tu accompagneras les clients dans leurs démarches (déclaration en mairie, Enedis, Consuel…), tu suivras les plannings d’installation et de mise en service. Relation client : Tu répondras à leurs questions avec réactivité, pédagogie et bonne humeur à chaque étape du projet. Fidélisation & communauté : Tu participeras à la création d’une base de clients ambassadeurs, à la mise en place d’actions de parrainage et d’upsell. SAV & amélioration continue : Tu aideras à répondre aux demandes après installation, et tu identifieras les axes d’amélioration des process internes. Force de proposition : Tu auras la liberté de proposer des idées pour améliorer nos outils, nos workflows et l’expérience client globale. Profil recherché Tu es en fin d’étude (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en école de commerce, école d’ingé ou université avec une appétence pour la relation client ou la gestion de projet. Tu as une vraie curiosité pour le secteur de l’énergie / de la transition écologique. Tu es organisé(e), autonome, rigoureux(se) et à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Tu veux apprendre dans un environnement startup, où on apprend vite, ensemble, et dans la bonne humeur.
