LE POSTE

Les missions, concrètement :

• Piloter les projets en phase d’avant-vente et leader les pitchs
• Analyser les briefs clients et les retranscrire en recommandations stratégiques
• Rédiger des propositions solides (concept, storytelling, dispositif)
• Impulser une vision stratégique sur les projets
• Coordonner les équipes internes (DA, conception, production, logistique)
• Structurer et suivre son pipe commercial (worklist, priorisation, suivi des opportunités)

• 6-7 ans d’expérience dans le domaine
• Capacité à structurer et piloter un pipe commercial
• Excellente gestion des priorités et autonomie dans le suivi des sujets
• Aisance avec des interlocuteurs seniors (clients & experts internes)
• Capacité à coordonner des équipes expérimentées

LE PROCESS DE RECRUTEMENT

• Étape 1 - Premier échange : Un premier entretien téléphonique avec Eva, HR Generalist. L’objectif : faire connaissance, comprendre ton parcours, tes attentes et te présenter l’univers Havas Events, nos valeurs et notre façon de travailler.
• Étape 2 - Rencontre avec les équipes : Un entretien dans nos locaux au Havas Village, avec les équipes et ton futur manager. C’est l’occasion d’entrer dans le concret : les enjeux du poste, les projets, les méthodes, mais aussi de découvrir notre culture, nos métiers et notre quotidien.
