Customer Success Manager – Lucca Location: Paris, Nantes or Marseille. Format: onsite or hybrid (two days of remote work per week). English level required: C1/C2. Job Overview Vous évoluerez au sein de l’équipe Customer Success (CS) dédiée à l’accompagnement de nos clients. En tant que consultant(e), votre mission principale sera d’accompagner les clients dans l’implémentation et l’utilisation de nos solutions, en France et à l’étranger. Qualifications prerequisites: Expérience jusqu’à 5 ans, Diplôme Bac+5, École d’ingénieurs ou de commerce. Key Responsibilities Le déploiement des solutions, incluant le kick‑off, l’audit, le paramétrage, la formation, la recette et la mise en production; gestion des délais, budget et satisfaction client. Gestion du run des clients: support de niveau 1 (questionnement, paramétrage, remontées bugs) et support de niveau 2 pour les grands comptes. Suivi d’un portefeuille de 2‑3 grands comptes: assurer la satisfaction client et identifier opportunités de cross‑sell / up‑sell. Participation à des projets d’amélioration continue des processus pour les grands comptes. Qualifications Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieurs ou de commerce. Expérience ou appétence en gestion de projet (audit, finance, marketing, conseil, IT, RH…). Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle avec organisation rigoureuse. Aptitude à interagir avec des profils C‑level. Passion pour les beaux produits et capacité à les défendre auprès des clients. Goût du contact humain, résolution de problèmes pratiques et techniques. Travail d’équipe et volonté de contribuer à l’évolution des processus. Bonne connaissance des technologies web est un atout ; apprentissage proposé sinon. Recruitment Process Entretien téléphonique avec la Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min). Entretien avec deux Managers de l’équipe CS (60 min).
