About The Role As an Account Director (AE) focused on expansion, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across strategic accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies to engage C‑level decision‑makers, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is a quota‑carrying, farmer role requiring a strong understanding of enterprise sales, complex deal cycles, and the ability to position our solutions’ business value. Key Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities through proactive engagement and networking. Develop and execute account‑based sales strategies targeting high‑potential enterprise customers. Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, often involving multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Line of Business. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions and ensure customer success. Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI‑based business cases to executive stakeholders. Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline using CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales. Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement. Expertise in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients. Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C‑level leaders (CIO, COO, CXO). Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset. Fluency in both French and English languages. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling cloud‑based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions. Familiarity with consultative and value‑based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.). Strong network and established relationships with large accounts and ecosystem partners.
