Your mission? To own the entire sales journey, turning potential into profitable, long-term relationships. From conducting thorough discovery and closing high-value deals with SME CEOs to fostering account growth, you’ll be a trusted partner in their success, helping us scale a category-defining product. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the full sales cycleLead comprehensive discovery conversations with SME CEOs and key decision-makers to deeply understand their challenges.Demonstrate how Relief's solution delivers tangible ROI.Manage a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking opportunities from qualification to closing.Articulate and close valueDevelop and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and proposals that articulate Relief's unique value proposition.Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities, consistently exceeding revenue targets.Proactively manage and nurture prospect relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.Collaborate and refine our approachCollaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to provide market feedback and ensure client satisfaction.Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our sales strategies and go-to-market approach.Shift towards a leader role upon successMentor junior team membersRecruit and structure your own team What We Are Looking ForMust-haveAt least 3 years of proven experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a strong track record of success in discovery and closing.Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives and key decision-makers.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.Fluency in both French and English.What Will Set You ApartExperience in the manufacturing or operations sector.Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
