Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Claims Management We’re building the insurance infrastructure that 700 K+ people depend on across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. Your role will help refund more than €350 M of healthcare expenses each year to over 1 M members in these markets, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost‑effective claims processing. What you’ll build and who you’ll work with: you’ll join the Claims Management team, covering product crews such as Document Processing, Claims Experience, Payments, and Fraud Fighting. The latter saved 4 M € in 2024 through a custom stack that blends machine‑learning scoring, anomaly detection, and manual investigations. Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable, 24/7‑ready systems that serve a growing member base, while also working closely with product, design, and data science teams to deliver delightful user experiences across mobile and desktop. Qualifications 3+ years of software engineering experience, building and shipping web applications. Strong background in TypeScript and Python, with familiarity in modern web technologies and OOP in Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#. Passionate about creating scalable, high‑quality product features and an excellent user experience. Genuinely interested in the business side – understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth levers. Clear career progression and self‑starting entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, humble, and eager to teach and learn. Working proficiency in English. The Engineering Team We use a stack of React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL in a monorepo, deploying daily and maintaining distributed ownership.
