Nous sommes organisés en squad Produit pour répondre aux besoins des différents métiers de l’entreprise. Chaque squad est composée d’un binôme Product Manager / Tech Lead et de développeurs. A Ce Jour, Il y a 4 Équipes Production : outils d’administration pour la création de nos offres Connectivity : API de distribution de nos offres, devis et réservation Marketing : évolutions front de nos sites internet, outils de CRM, acquisition et animation commerciale Opération / Finance : après-vente pour la gestion des modifications clients ou fournisseurs et comptabilité, smart features, IA L’équipe Connectivity occupe ainsi une place centrale dans l’organisation Tech. Elle conçoit, maintient et fait évoluer les produits & API qui assurent la récupération des prix et disponibilités, la gestion du contenu, la fabrication du package et sa réservation. Ton quotidien chez PerfectStay En tant que Product Manager de l’équipe Connectivity, tu es amené.e à interagir avec une variété d’interlocuteurs : Experts métiers vol et hôtel, Product Manager des autres équipes, UX Manager, Développeurs. Tes Missions Principales Seront Identifier, suivre et analyser les KPIs de ton périmètre pour piloter l’impact et guider les décisions produit (via nos outils Tableau & Datadog). Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et partenaires externes pour assurer le cadrage des évolutions sur ton périmètre. Prioriser les évolutions et arbitrer les choix Produit en t’appuyant sur les données, les retours utilisateurs et les contraintes techniques. Etre moteur dans la transformation AI du domaine (à la fois l’usage des outils pour l’équipe Produit et aussi être force de proposition pour la création d’outils augmentés à destination des utilisateurs). Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs et les UX pour livrer des solutions utiles, efficaces et scalables. Rédiger les User Stories, prioriser les évolutions dans le backlog et participer aux rituels agiles. Analyser les incidents : tu es à l’aise avec les données (JSON/XML) et les outils type Postman. Rejoins-nous Si Tu es Product Manager avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, capable de piloter un périmètre stratégique orienté performance et collaboration transverse. Tu es autonome, rigoureux·se et orienté·e solutions : tu sais cadrer, analyser, prioriser et challenger les choix fonctionnels et techniques. Tu es data-informed : tu définis et suis les KPIs de ton périmètre pour guider tes décisions produit. Tu es exigeant·e sur la qualité des produits que tu construis, et tu cherches en permanence à améliorer l’existant. Tu aimes discuter avec les équipes métier et tech pour comprendre les enjeux et construire les meilleures solutions. Tu es curieux·se, structuré·e, et tu transformes les feedbacks en leviers d’amélioration. Etape 1. Préqualification RH et prise de références en fin de process ; Etape 2.
