Regional Sales Director - Southern Europe NETGEAR is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Director to lead its sales operations across Southern Europe (France, Italy, Iberia). Role Overview Drive sustainable revenue growth, cultivate a high-performance sales culture, and navigate transitions within the sales organization. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the sales organization with a focus on high performance and customer‑centric engagement. Lead sales teams to execute strategy aligned with global goals, empowering and inspiring the team. Prioritize strategic customers and manage quarterly development plans. Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as a change champion, ensuring clear communication and alignment on sales growth transition. Forecast and report sales metrics for the Southern European commercial business by channel and project pipeline. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor environment to identify new opportunities. Recruit and develop partner relationships to drive NETGEAR business with a focus on customer engagement. Create proposals, business plans, negotiate agreements and maintain strong partner relationships. Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and systems engineering to deliver seamless experience. Share business insights with peers and stakeholders to ensure effective functioning of sales teams. Provide competitive information, market trend, channel/technology insights to NETGEAR. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field. 10+ years sales leadership in multinational or complex environment. Proven ability to lead sales transformations, transitions or restructuring initiatives. Experience building and developing high-performance teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and French. Preferred Qualifications MBA qualification. Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish. Additional Requirements Travel approximately 50% of the time.
