The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a culture of innovation, productivity, and adaptability while ensuring seamless transitions towards achieving strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead major transformation initiatives, from framing to execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise priorities.Collaborate with key stakeholders to build the case for change, define the target operating model, and design the high‑level roadmap and governance.Develop and implement comprehensive finance transformation strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission.Drive communication plans to engage and inspire employees at all levels, ensuring buy‑in and commitment to change initiatives.Monitor and measure the impact of transformation efforts, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.Coach, mentor, and empower teams to embrace change, navigate challenges, and capitalize on new opportunities.Establish and maintain effective change management processes and tools to support successful finance transformations in coordination with our Change Management Center Of Excellence.Facilitate training and development programs to enhance change management capabilities across the organization.Drive effective decision‑making, facilitating trade‑offs, scenario analysis, and problem solving with stakeholders.Facilitate the integration of AI use cases into transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and value creation.Skills and QualificationsProven experience in leading complex organizational transformation projects (corporate or consulting firms) with finance departments (10+ years of XP).Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.In‑depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute transformation strategies.Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating organizational change.Relevant certification in change management or organizational development is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Environment and knowledge in corporate finance and SAP would also be an added advantage to accelerate onboarding and facilitate handling the topics.If you are ready to bring your expertise, energy, and passion for legal and compliance excellence to a team undergoing exciting change, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
