Business Developer France & Export (M/F) – Ethic Search Partners Join to apply for the Business Developer France & Export (M/F) role at Ethic Search Partners. Ethic Search Partners, a Human Resources Consulting firm specialized in direct approach, is recruiting on behalf of its client—a family‑owned wine group with several estates in France and abroad—to fill the position of Business Developer France & Export (M/F). This is a fully remote position. Frequent travel within France and internationally is required. Overview Reporting to the Group President, you will drive commercial activities across the French and international markets for all estates, with a clear objective: accelerate growth through the conquest of new markets and the opening of strategic accounts. Responsibilities Define and implement an assertive commercial strategy for both French and international markets. Identify new growth opportunities, open untapped networks, and develop innovative distribution channels. Actively prospect new partners (importers, distributors, fine dining establishments, specialized networks). Initiate and conduct complex negotiations with key stakeholders. Build a strong client portfolio with a clear focus on acquisition and value creation. Maintain a strong and regular presence in the field to promote the estates and generate new business. Develop and monitor the commercial budget. Implement performance‑tracking tools focused on results and growth. Coordinate with estate managers and brand ambassadors to ensure consistent and impactful commercial communication. Contribute to the creation of marketing tools and materials aimed at acquisition. Qualifications Hold a Master’s degree (Business School or equivalent). Have a solid and successful experience as a Commercial or Sales Manager in the wine sector, acquired internationally. Be a true field professional with an in-depth understanding of the commercial landscape in both France and international markets, and a strategic view of wine distribution. Be a hunter, driven by the conquest of new markets and the creation of business opportunities. Know how to identify and activate growth levers quickly, build long‑term commercial relationships, and lead high‑stakes negotiations. Have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive within a family‑owned group and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders. Be recognized for your leadership, determination, and ability to deliver results, combining rigor, organizational skills, and a strong business‑development instinct. Be fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
