EMEA Payroll Analyst (France based)Join Fortinet as an EMEA Payroll Analyst located in France. You will be part of the Finance Department, supporting payroll for the EMEA region, which includes approximately 27 countries and 3,500+ employees.The payroll team handles complex payroll items such as RSUs and stock options. You will prepare accurate payroll journals, develop and maintain SOPs, and cooperate with third‑party payroll providers to ensure compliance and timely processing.Responsibilities:Manage assigned regional payrolls, ensuring consistent processes and all employees are paid correctly and on time.Build and maintain relationships with external payroll bureaus and monitor service levels.Prepare monthly payroll journals and approve all payroll-related payments (tax, pension, etc.).Process RSU and stock option awards.Maintain SOX compliance, including SAS 70/SSAE16 where applicable.Handle all payroll-related queries efficiently.Assist with statutory reporting and year‑end activities in collaboration with partners.Provide support and coverage for other team members.Collaborate on payroll transformation projects, including the transition to ADP and automation initiatives.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in successful payroll processing, especially across multiple EMEA countries.Proficiency in payroll journal booking and reconciliations.Experience improving payroll processes and managing vendors.Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.Knowledge of SOX compliance and related audit processes.Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional and confidential demeanor.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Fortinet by 2x.Get notified about new Payroll Analyst jobs in Paris, Île‑de‑France, France. #J-18808-Ljbffr
