Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading strategic accounts from a commercial perspective, driving sales dialogues with key customers
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy to succeed with global energy companies
* Building a high-performing sales team to execute ambitious plans
* Collaborating with Customer Success and other teams to help tier 1 customers launch and succeed with our products

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Over 10 years of experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS sales teams in complex environments
* Proven success in increasing ARR through land-and-expand strategies in B2B SaaS
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach in managing key accounts
* Expertise in building trust and establishing the strategic agenda for senior leadership within major energy companies
