About the Role
Sidel is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Services Execution to lead and execute non-standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds, and Line Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requests and translate their needs into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate with product divisions to provide a comprehensive solution that meets customer requirements.
- Propose additional Services Products to ensure project success and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Project Execution: Register projects in SAP, initiate projects with customers and aftersales managers, set schedules, and coordinate with customers.
- Supply Chain and PM&D: Coordinate with business units to ensure the launch of correct parts and follow up on delivery.
- Projects Installation: Plan resources and skills for installation, coordinate with planning teams, and arrange logistics.
- Project Closing: Conduct root cause analysis, ensure invoices are issued, update databases, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management with strong technical expertise.
- Experience in Packaging, Sidel equipment, and Services Portfolio.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Project, and SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is a plus.
