Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team at Pullman Bunker Bay Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the Front Office team to achieve a reputation as a market leader in service.
- Supervise lobby services, including car parking and portering, to ensure efficient guest arrivals and departures.
- Ensure public areas are clean and well-presented, with regular monitoring.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner, following through to ensure all issues are rectified.
- Work closely with other departments to achieve total guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
