Hotel Operations Role Overview
As a key member of the hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front office area. This will include coordinating with the Front Office Manager to manage the team, support colleague development, and oversee the administration of the team's tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Front Office Manager to plan and manage the team's workload.
- Support the development and growth of colleagues within the team.
- Oversee the administration of the team's tasks, including roster management and task delegation.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry and experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
