Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving product and service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve product and service issues, and provide accurate information to customers.
- Order Processing: Process eCommerce orders, manage customer returns, and coordinate with delivery and courier companies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Reporting: Compile reports on customer service metrics and provide insights to management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a luxury retail or eCommerce environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, with a strong command of written and spoken language. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
