About the Role

As a Sales & Partner Analyst for France & Benelux, you'll play a vital role in driving data-driven decisions that shape our business strategy. Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering Business Intelligence and Sales Analytics systems, empowering us to achieve our revenue and profitability goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Business Planning & Forecasting: Leverage data insights to support the French & Benelux Sales Team in their business planning process. Assist in developing comprehensive business plans and ad-hoc forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment on title/brand expectations.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Sales Tracking & Analysis: Monitor preorder performance, integrate data from key AAA titles, and track post-launch sales and stock levels. Provide daily sales reports on crucial titles and during critical periods. Analyze hourly sales data at launch for leading AAA titles to identify early performance indicators.
    • Promotional Planning & Optimization: Model potential promotional scenarios to determine their financial impact on titles, assisting management in formulating effective strategies. Analyze competitor promotions and results to refine our understanding of the market landscape. Conduct post-mortem reviews of past promotions to assess their effectiveness.
  • Data Integrity & Integration: Ensure timely data submission from sales partners and verify data conformity between retailer-provided information and database integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any data integration issues promptly.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and disruptive technologies that may impact our business. Deliver timely and relevant information to the organization through internal meetings, newsletters, and reports. Manage relationships with market data providers, including budget negotiations.

Your Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VBA experience is a plus), Microstrategy, Business Objects, Access, PowerPoint, and Peoplesoft V9.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Commercial acumen and business awareness.
  • Highly organized self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Product, industry, and Ubisoft knowledge.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and quick learner.
