We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Regulatory Affairs professional to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business units in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor regulatory publications and supervisory trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for our business.
- Analyze regulatory changes to assess their impact on our operations and develop strategies for implementation.
- Coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and proper execution.
- Provide regulatory guidance and support to our business units, ensuring they are aware of and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures.
- Law degree (at least Master's level) and relevant experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Approx. 4-7 years of experience in regulatory or related topics, with a strong understanding of banking, EU, and French financial regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex regulatory concepts into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with experience working in interdisciplinary settings and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Fluency in English, with French and Dutch language skills an advantage.
