We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Regulatory Affairs professional to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business units in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct impact assessments and implement regulatory changes in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
- Master's degree in law or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and Dutch an advantage.
