About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Transportation Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric strategy that drives business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer service strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the transportation function, including budgeting, vendor selection, and logistics optimization.
  • Lead and manage a team of 7 people, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of supervising client relationships and developing administrative procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
