Customer Service Manager

B2X Care Solutions GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service management platform, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Point of Contact for designated external B2B service partners, including face-to-face meetings
- Ensuring the efficient implementation of after-sales services for contracted products through daily KPI checks
- Preparing and analyzing data, including in-depth analysis, creating solutions, and follow-up actions
- 2 years of experience in after-sales processes/customer support
- Fluent French and English in verbal and written (at least B2 level)
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in working with Power BI a plus
- Operational skills, including careful listening, recognizing and addressing customer requirements, implementation of policies and standards, data processing, and staying up-to-date
- Partially remote position with frequent travel within France to support supplier and customer meetings
- Training on the job
- Opportunity to work with a specialized service management platform
