Job Description:

Electrical Systems Specialist

As a key member of the ATR Engineering Directorate, you will be responsible for the development and integration of electrical systems on the ATR42 and ATR72 aircraft programs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and integration of electrical systems, including power generation and distribution, electrical standards, and electromagnetic environment protection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct electrical systems simulation and modeling to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, statements of work, and certification programs.
  • Provide technical support to production, quality, and customer support teams to ensure smooth aircraft delivery and maintenance.
  • Manage technical relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems development and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation and distribution, electrical standards, and electromagnetic environment protection.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
