As an Electrical Systems Engineer at Airbus, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our aircraft's electrical systems. Your primary focus will be on supporting airlines with electrical generation and distribution systems, working closely with the ATA24 team to identify and resolve any reliability issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers on electrical systems, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the ATA24 team to analyze and resolve reliability issues, ensuring the highest operational reliability for Airbus products.
  • Act as a liaison between Airbus and suppliers, communicating customer concerns and ensuring that solutions are provided in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer communications, keeping them informed of progress on resolving fleet issues.
  • Represent Airbus in face-to-face meetings with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Manage AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situations, working closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Aeronautical engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft systems, with a strong understanding of electrical generation and distribution systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of airlines operations and the ability to understand their needs.
  • Availability to work staggered hours and travel for business purposes.
