Senior IoT Sales Director

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base and driving growth in the fast-paced world of connectivity solutions. As an experienced sales leader, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Sales Strategy and Leadership- Growing internationally the business by developing strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
- Managing proactively the customer base, which includes large accounts, to ensure seamless relationships and increased revenue.
- Developing direct and indirect channels to reach a broader audience and drive sales growth.
- Fostering strong synergies with parent companies of NTT Data Inc and sister companies like NTT Com and NTT Docomo.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing and Communication teams to develop effective sales strategies.
As an expert in your field, you will stay updated on IoT industry trends and competitive landscapes, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions.
Your Profile- Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Experience working with big organizations such as NTT.
- Strong understanding of connectivity solutions, IoT, M2M, and eSIM technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- A highly competitive salary package, including a fixed salary, individual bonus, half-yearly profit-sharing, and incentive schemes.
- Regular salary reviews every 6 months.
- Flexible work arrangements, including up to 2 days of homeworking and 25 days' holiday per year.
- CSE, company restaurant, advantageous health insurance, and reimbursement for transportation costs.
