Job Title: Commercial Offer & Sales Support Manager

Flexis is a pioneering company in the green logistics sector, dedicated to creating more sustainable societies and transforming the way we move through cities.

The role you could fill:

As the Commercial Offer & Sales Support Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of specialists focused on defining and delivering customer-centric value propositions for key accounts within the last-mile delivery sector. This position involves cross-functional management to support co-construction efforts with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales support materials for the sales teams as a complete solution for our customers (Product, services) in close collaboration with Flexis program (Hardware) and Service & Solutions teams.
  • Define and implement sales process to secure proper sales journey from prospection to delivery including CRM management.
  • Plan and run co-construction project as support to operational teams. Engage in co-construction efforts with all stakeholders with our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Support key accounts project on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate our solution to customers operational constraints.
  • Provide training to the Key Account Solutions team.

What You Bring:

  • Agile and eager to learn & share.
  • Highly engaged for sustainability transition (environment, health & safety)
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B and ideally in the automotive industry
  • Experience in : management, product marketing, project management.
  • Light Commercial Vehicle & Last mile delivery knowledge
  • Background with E-mobility would be a plus
  • Strong customer obsession with holistic view to build trust.
  • Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
  • Fluent English

About Flexis:

We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers. To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from three major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months. We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
