Job Title: Commercial Offer and Sales Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Offer and Sales Support Manager to join our team at AB Volvo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales support materials for our sales teams, including product and service solutions, in close collaboration with our program and service teams.
  • Define and implement sales processes to ensure a seamless sales journey from prospecting to delivery, including CRM management.
  • Plan and execute co-construction projects to support our operational teams, engaging with key customers and stakeholders to facilitate collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide training to our Key Account Solutions team and work closely with other support functions to ensure a cross-functional approach.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in management, product marketing, and project management.
  • Strong customer obsession with a holistic view to build trust.
  • Ability to work as a team player, promoting collaboration and support.
