Assistant - Global Events

Are you passionate about international trade and events? Do you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant to join our Global Events team at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support for global events, including registration, payment processing, and customer service
  • Assist the team with new registration and event platforms, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery
  • Manage departmental and event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Compile statistics on event registrations and revenue, providing valuable insights for future events
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of global business operations
  • Excellent command of English and French; Spanish is a plus
  • Mastery of common IT tools, including Microsoft Office and Excel
