About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant Intern to support our Consumer Marketing team in EMEA. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination of press launches, events, brand partnerships, influencer squads, and collaborations. They will also work closely with marketing functions to ensure 360-degree launches that are strategically aligned across brand teams.

About Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate market requests regarding visuals and guidelines (asset management)
  • Develop creative briefs to adapt brand visuals for online, social, or in-store purposes
  • Support in the design of 360° Go-to-market presentations, including consumer marketing elements, destined to the markets/ regional teams
  • Support 360° campaign implementations for Pure Players like Zalando & Notino, including asset production
  • Lead the compilation of post-launch reports & extraction of findings/insights as well as best practice identification
  • Design content creation briefings based on trends for our Pro Artist team
  • Monthly reporting of social networks (owned & earned) performance / ad-hoc analysis through our social listening tools
  • Monthly reporting of CRM performance, services & dramming
  • Follow-up with markets on paid media budgets and allocations
  • Support markets with their influencer collaborations
  • Competitive analysis on Offline & Online campaigns: press screening, social & identification of digital best practices and benchmarks
  • Support markets on their Virtual Selling journey, by creating content creation briefings, collect best-practices, follow-up on reportings etc.
  • Asset support & creation for e-com business
  • Regular competitive reviews & audits of the e-com business
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 previous internships/work experience, fluent or strong understanding of English, and eligible to work in France. An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.
