Position Overview:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. This position encompasses a blend of engineering (40%) and sales expertise (60%).
  2. Proficiency in AC/DC, DC/DC, and inverter power supply systems, along with comprehensive value-added solutions from our esteemed power supply manufacturing partners and internal engineering resources.
  3. Drive the region's power supply sales, revenue, profitability, and design victories in alignment with established monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
  4. Collaborate effectively with our field-based FAE sales teams and account managers to enhance the flow of opportunities into the power sales pipeline, thereby increasing the potential for successful closures.
  5. Identify and address the power requirements of our existing customer base, converting these into sales, while also targeting new clients within our strategic markets and applications.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a role that integrates engineering and sales functions within the power sector (e.g., Market Development Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Field Application Engineer).
  2. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and the ability to manage their expectations effectively.
  3. Willingness to engage with customers 3-4 days per week.
  4. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  5. A university degree in a technical discipline, ideally in electronic engineering.
  6. Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required.
  7. Knowledge of the French language is essential.
  8. A valid driving license is necessary.
