Sales Business Development Representative

At 360Learning, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies approach learning and development. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and success.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline.
- Create and qualify cold outbound leads, and contact potential customers through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Master our tool stack and ramp up on outbound sales techniques.
- Collaborate with our Senior Account Manager to define their portfolio strategy and drive business growth.
- Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- A competitive package including base salary, variable component, and equity.
