Data Center Security Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Manager to join our team at Amazon Data Services France SAS. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical security posture of our data centers in the Paris area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to security situations promptly and effectively, in accordance with our Physical Security Standards and local SOPs.
- Support the on-site contractor security team and provide guidance on security protocols.
- Report all unusual events to the Cluster Manager in a timely manner.
- Oversee access control systems and badge deliveries.
- Investigate security events via the alarm and CCTV monitoring system.
- Collaborate with the Security Operation Center (SOC) during security incidents.
- Create and improve procedures, processes, and workflows using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop knowledge of operational process paths to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Perform security inspections, audits, and investigations as required.
