Job Description

At People Squad, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in new and existing markets. As the Sales Director, you will be a key member of our Commercial Team, responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to develop customer relations, increase market share, and sales revenue.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Design programmes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring end-to-end delivery to clients.
  • Talent Management: Oversee sales team recruitment and create training programmes to train new and existing employees in the sales department.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales leadership and strategy development.
  2. Strong understanding of sales processes, including forecasting, quota setting, and sales performance analysis.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
