Job Description

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Finding and qualifying new prospects to drive business growth
  • Effective prospecting and appointment setting to expand our network
  • Onboarding new customers to foster strong relationships
  • Engaging with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling
  • Contributing to the continuous optimization of processes and tools to enhance efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' higher education from a reputable business school or university
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of prospecting tools is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English, with Italian or German language skills also essential
  • An interest in the luxury goods industry would be advantageous but not required
