Fashion Sales Executive - Luxury Menswear

Astreva is a pioneering luxury fashion brand seeking an experienced Fashion Sales Executive to spearhead its expansion into retail stores worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale fashion sales, coupled with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. A strong network of connections with retailers in the region or beyond is essential for success in this role.

About the Role
  • Identify and Engage: Research and establish relationships with key retail partners in your territory.
  • Presentation of Collections: Showcase Astreva's premium summer menswear offerings to decision-makers in retail.
  • Building Partnerships: Foster long-term relationships with retail stores and buyers to drive business growth.
  • Negotiation of Deals: Secure agreements that bring Astreva's luxury collections to brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Drove Growth: Contribute to Astreva's global expansion and enhance its market presence in the luxury menswear space.
Key Responsibilities

The successful Fashion Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and negotiations with retail partners.
  • Presenting Astreva's exclusive collections to key decision-makers in retail.
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with retail stores and buyers.
  • Negotiating deals to secure agreements that bring Astreva's luxury collections to new markets.
Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in wholesale fashion sales, preferably in the luxury menswear sector.
  • Network Access: Established connections with retailers in the region or beyond are a must.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives on achieving targets.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 per annum (part-time).
  • Commissions: 10% on all sales generated, including recurring revenue from partnerships.
