Senior Enterprise Account Manager

Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales for a portfolio of accounts and anticipating and managing contract renewals to secure future revenues and prevent churn.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build account plans for each key customer
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risk of churn
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive or Account Manager at a SaaS company
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- Ability to manage complex enterprise sales as well as transactional sales
- Demonstrated successful history of closing complex deals
- Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
- Proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English
