Company Overview:
IPAC Bachelor Factory is seeking a motivated individual for a sector management internship within the agri-food sector, designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, and Negotiation (Certified Title of level 6 - Bac - recognized by the State and validating ECTS credits).
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with store representatives in the designated sector, fostering trust and providing valuable insights on customer and competitor activities.
- Managing product listings and enhancing visibility (including PVC, Linear, stock management, etc.).
- Planning and executing tasting events to promote products.
- Negotiating promotional initiatives in alignment with the company's commercial strategy.
- Delivering feedback to aid in the company's strategic development.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the retail sector is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Must possess a validated Bac or equivalent ECTS credits.
Compensation:
Salary is a percentage of the minimum wage, determined by the contract's pay scale.
