In line with the expansion of Axians Communication & System, we are looking for a ROC (H/F) in Toulouse.

As a member of the Service Center team, you will serve as the primary liaison for the client, taking charge of the client context (both functional and technical) with the support of experts in PILOTING, RUN, and BUILD.

Your responsibilities will include:

PILOTING (in meeting contexts):

  • Planning
  • Preparing
  • Leading
  • Documenting outcomes
  • Tracking subsequent actions
  • Ensuring delivery of contractual reports
  • Monitoring service commitments (incidents, operations, projects)

RUN (in incident management and operational planning):

  • Tracking incidents with the CDS manager
  • Engaging in escalations led by the CDS manager
  • Contributing to problem management led by the CDS manager
  • Conducting preventive visits
  • Managing due upgrades
  • Tracking obsolescence (hardware and software)
  • Monitoring the production environment at the client's site
  • Following up on reassurances

BUILD:

  • Staying informed about project developments
  • Reporting maintenance contract gaps to RA services
  • Communicating new needs identified on the account to RA

  • Possess a Bac+5 degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a service center
  • Are autonomous and have a strong interest in IT services
  • Are customer service-oriented and willing to engage across multiple technical domains
