Job Title: Administration Coordinator Western Europe

Join The Woolmark Company as an Administration Coordinator Western Europe and play a vital role in supporting our regional team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Regional Manager Western Europe and assisting with the management of company-funded projects and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager Western Europe, including reviewing, developing, and implementing effective administrative processes for the management of AWI-funded projects and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to ensure seamless project management and administration.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, events, and workshops, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain the regional calendar, ensuring all team members are aware of upcoming events and deadlines.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to managers on programme and project data, and assist with the interpretation of those reports.
  • Assist with the management of SAP-related administration and monthly reporting, measurement, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, consultants, and commercial partners.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including filing, document management, and stationery supplies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in an administration role, with a focus on project administration.
  • Intermediate + skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience with document management systems and SAP is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and provide support to a diverse group of individuals.
  • Flexibility is essential, as this role may require working outside of normal hours.
