Role Overview:

As a key member of our training team, reporting to the National Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to various retail partners.

Your primary objective will be to directly influence sales growth by leveraging multiple training methods, including in-person sessions and digital platforms, while collaborating closely with our sales force.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engage and enhance the training experience for retail teams, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
  • Deliver training sessions to various stakeholders, including client representatives and sales managers.
  • Assess client needs to identify skill gaps within sales teams and determine necessary training interventions.
  • Plan and customize training content based on the specific demographics and locations of the teams being trained.
  • Negotiate training initiatives with assigned retail partners based on identified needs.
  • Ensure high-quality training delivery that meets established objectives and enhances service effectiveness.
  • Support field managers in the training process through on-site coaching and information sharing.
  • Gain insights into retail operations and the role of training within these environments.
  • Participate in industry events and product launches to represent the brand.
  • Organize and facilitate roadshows throughout the year.
  • Update training materials for sales managers and brand ambassadors.
  • Oversee and engage with the ambassador team, sharing product updates.
  • Conduct daily reporting to track progress and gather feedback.

Candidate Profile:

Are you the ideal Sales Training Specialist for us?

With a background in sales training (minimum Bac+2), you possess significant experience in the High Tech sector, particularly in telecommunications.

You have a strong business acumen and a passion for challenges, coupled with curiosity and an open mindset. Your enthusiasm for emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, is evident.

A true tech enthusiast, you have a deep understanding of high-tech products (telecommunications, virtual reality, connected devices, etc.) and can effectively share your knowledge with diverse audiences.
